• Aqueous Media Only: The i1600-A1 is strictly designed for water-based, dye-sublimation, and DTF aqueous inks. Do not use UV-curable, eco-solvent, or harsh industrial solvent inks, as non-compatible chemistry will dissolve internal membrane seals and void functionality.

• Static & Circuit Safety: PrecisionCore driver boards are highly sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD) and voltage spikes. Technicians must wear anti-static wrist straps during installation. Always verify that main board power is completely off before connecting or disconnecting flat cables (FFC).

• Cable Alignment: Inspect all flat flexible cables (FFC) and pins for bend marks, liquid ink, or dust contamination. Connecting a misaligned or shorted cable will cause electrical burnout to both the printhead and motherboard driver chips upon power-up.

• System Maintenance: Ensure damper valves, cap tops, and peristaltic pumps are thoroughly flushed or replaced prior to introducing ink to the new printhead to avoid immediate contamination or air leakage.
